Great boot so far..
I haven't had these for more than a day, but first impressions are great. They run probably a half size, to a size to big (I ordered an 8) but I have bunions on both feet, so I didn't want to risk sizing down since 7.5 wide wasn't an option when I ordered. I also wear size 8 in Ariat riding boots, so that's the other reason I feel they run a little big. I can't attest to the durability or water resistance yet, but they look well made and durable. Extremely supportive, and comfortable so far. On the support.. They go up quite a bit past the ankle, and I was worried about not being able to bend, but I was surprised to find they don't limit my range of motion very much. Other than running slightly big, I think they are going to be great work boots.
