I bought this boot locally a few weeks ago and my Doberman got ahold of them and there was nothing left. I love the boots so much that I ordered the exact same pair off of Amazon. Comfortable, durable and obviously tasty according to my Doberman.
These boots are so comfortable and have great ankle support! The upper part of the boots are very tight around the leg so I can't zip them all the way up. I don't have large or thick legs so I think the upper boot needs to be made larger. They are hard to zip but again because the upper part is the boot is so small and tight I can not zip them all the way up.
Keep you feet warm and dry and like all arait they are super comfortable.
Would not let us do a return despite being brand new in the box, never worn, they were too small for my daughter. Very frustrating. Too much $ spent to not be able to do an exchange or return. Will not buy this brand again.
The boot is waterproof enough for a leather boot (leather is never going to be 100% waterproof), but the fit is a little odd compared to other Ariats. I love the Scout paddock boots for everyday riding, but I wanted warmer/more waterproof for the horrible winter weather. The Scout's always immediately fit great, but these still feel weird after a couple of weeks. I normally wear 8.5, so that's what I got. I honestly can't tell if it's because they run a little big, don't break in as easily, or if they are just bulkier overall (the sole is more solid looking); but I am having a lot more trouble flexing my ankle in them (feels stiffer than the Scouts) and it's hard to get that sweet spot of having the stirrup on the ball of the foot with them (not broken in yet? A little big? Sole is stiffer and bulkier?) Not sure, but I still need to really force my heel with them or ride a horse that's trying to dump me to get my foot in the right place. I hope they feel better over time.
