I have been a waitress for 25 years. At the time our company used shoes for crews which I've absolutely loved. Over the years of being on my feet 8 to 10 mi per shift. I have unfortunately gotten corns on my toes calluses on the sides because of ill-fitting shoes. My foot is now very wide and I have a hard time finding a safety shoe that does what they claim. A lot say they are slip resistant but when you put oil and water together, you're still sleeping and sliding. After having four back surgeries. That's the last thing I want to do is slip. Unfortunately, I have not able to find a style now wide enough with shoes for crews and have been on a search ever since.the last 10 years. Recently I purchased (3) various styles to see which shoe fit the best . Skechers were not wide enough. The other pair I purchased were not true to size and very hard, And these were the last ones to arrive . They said they were safety shoes and slip resistant and at this point I just wanted a shoe that did not hurt my foot. I purchased the eight wide and once out of the box and onto my foot I was incredibly happy. I had plenty of room. My corns were not aggravated and my calluses were not rubbing. All of The other shoes I purchased for work still bothered. Mostly the corn on my big toe which I just cannot get rid of. When I got to work the first thing I did was test to in a restaurant, they truly were non-skid. I am going to actually purchase another pair of these exact same shoes just so that I can alternate wearing them. Thank you for truly advertising what your product claims. A safety shoe which is cute, comfortable and slip resistant against water and oil. I would highly recommend them.
