Great running shoes.

This is my second pair. I bought these shoes because my feet supinate. The shoe is durable and great for running. Plenty of cushion if you like shoes like that. Shoe fits my feet well, I have a wide foot. I'll buy another pair.

Superb style, Par functionality, Sub-Par comfort.

The DynaFlyte 3 of the DynaFlyte series looks great and functions nicely for the first few runs, however, the arch + heel support quickly wear away to where accidental heel strikes become quite uncomfortable.Running styles, weight, and toe/foot strike positioning will determine how effective this shoe is for you. Overall, I would give this a 4/5. It's a nice shoe, but running regimes are too taxing on this model for long-distance or short-burst runs. Keep that in mind and good luck!

Nice running shoe - Light and cushion

Have had 4 pair of Dynaflyte 2 shoes. To compare the Dynaflyte 3... it does seem lighter, fits about the same, support is good, cushion is good but I would like it to be a bit more responsive. Still overall a nice running shoe. I run about 90 miles/month outside on pavement.

best under pronation shoe

This shoe is specifically for under pronation simply meaning when you run or walk your natural foot path takes one of three paths: straight forward with no roll on either side = neutral. Pronation is when you roll in. it's the most common foot issue and there's a wide variety of shoes that offer support for it. However this shoe helps the 5% of the population that, like me, roll outward. The shoe works by being built up on the outer sides, setting the foot at a slope towards the inside and by providing a high arch support. Asics is known for their technical running support shoes, and this shoe is one of these. the asics logo design acts as a lacing cage when you tie your shoes working with the style and fabrics of the shoe to further lock down your foot as well as add stability above the sole of the shoe. The flyte foam is newer technology, infusing the gel directly into the foam, denser, allowing a cushion that stays bouncy and cushiony for all day wear, noting that you are wearing the correct shoe. A step down in support but still maintaining high arches and light under pronation would be the Cumulus shoe by asics. followed by the neutral all cushion Nimbus . if you roll in, the 1000-2000 series shoes all the way to the kayano all offer the most support rolling in. if you wonder what i'm explaining, pick up your most worn athletic shoes, turn them over. look at the tread. where is the shoe worn out the most? if it's evenly worn your prolly neutral and this shoe isn't for you unless you want major arch support. if your shoes are worn more on the outter edges this shoe is for you! if your shoe treads are worn in the inner portion i would suggest looking at the stability pronation shoes such as the 1000- least or light support 2000- medium + more cushion support or the kayano- full support. negative reviews for shoes are usually created by customers who buy a shoe based on looks and price, not taking into account that not all shoes are created for fashion sports style. and then wonder why the shoe hurts. not all shoes are created to fit one type of foot. and this shoe is clearly not a one type fits all. For me it helps tremendously and corrects what the pegasus messed up in my foot.

Light shoe with narrow forefoot

Nice shoes and light weight that helps during fast run . Toe box on the smaller side so not great for wide feet. Workaround with anterior insole section cut away to give space , resembling half insole .
