These running shoes feel great. I am a hard size to fit - 15 wide. I like the feel and style. Nice colors. Very comfortable. The only thing is the elastic tongue is not optimal but still ok. I was not used to that. I usually wear New Balance which felt a bit different. This shoe could also use a pull handle on the back to make it easier to get the shoe on but that is not a big deal. Overall, I love the shoes and would buy them again.
After suffering with plantar fasciitis a few years ago, I started wearing Asics Gel Kayanos. I did a little research, and then went to a specialty running store to try on a few different brands. These were the best stability shoe in terms of fit and comfort. I have now purchased them in 4 different colors through Amazon. They stand up to my cardio workouts at the gym and long walks around the reservoir. Plus they look great! I will literally cry if they ever stop making these!
I have been a long-time GT-2000 fan. Recent iterations have been terrible. This surprisingly is a better option. It has decent stability and the cushioning is not overly pronounced. It does fit tighter than recent GT-2000s models, especially in the toe box. A pair from a previous order was too tight but this one seems better.
I have been looking for new running shoes for at least 3 years. I spent a good amount of money trying to find the right pair. These are by far the best pair I have tried. My feet usually start hurting really bad after just a few minutes of running. With these ASICS, I am 100% comfortable for an entire 5k. It has some kind of plastic around the back to steady your ankle, which provides even more comfort. The style is awesome and goes with any workout outfit you can imagine. Some people said these were narrow and the go a half size up. I originally ordered a half size up and they were too big.
I bought this shoe and within an hour my foot started to cramp, I thought it was the shoes problem. I then got referred to a podiatrist who took one look at my feet and said “throw out your old asics, and ONLY wear these until we get you orthodics”Apparently if you over pronate your feet, these are the next best thing! my feet cramped at first because they weren’t used to having so much support and they were actually being ‘corrected’.What’s even more exciting is that the pain in my knee and hip (which was supposedly from my over pronated feet) has suddenly eased.I do a lot of plyometric training as well as weights, so for me shoes are much more than a fashion statement!
Product arrived damaged - stitching was cut short and the padding material was coming out of the shoe when I received it. Tried on and felt fantastic though. If I didn't have to return for a refund 5 out of 5
Perfect fit, great sporty color and design, and great quality shoes! and the best of all, perfect fit for my tiny feet. I am originally 4.5 wide, which I can almost never find among women running shoes, but the size 5 of these shoes fit me perfectly. I also did a research before buying these shoes, and I am so happy that the designer has considered a gel inside the shoe to support the toe ball, where I mostly experience pain after a long workout.
