Amazing race day & training shoe
First thing about this shoe is it's true to size & fit. The quality is elite. If you're looking for a great race day shoe that has a plate in it but don't want to break the bank on a $300 carbon plated shoe, this is a great option. The cushioning & comfort level is an 8 out of 10. I came over from a Brooks glycerin 22 which is a max cushion shoe and ASICS Sonicblast is super lightweight. I would highly recommend someone to add this shoe into their rotation.

Awesome shoes just make sure you wear crew or higher socks to avoid blisters. Super springy and they make me want to run faster because of the rocker. A bit tight in the toes but ive been wearing barefoot shoes and other wide toe box shoes so it makes sense with going back to normal toe box shoes.

Toe box spacing

Better than SuperBlast 2 👀
First 10 miles into these & already love them. Very responsive, & a bit more structured than super-blast 2s - which I was also a big fan of for daily miles.Verdict, better than super blast 2 which was a high bar.
