Been an asics fan for a long time. The Kayano's are my go to, ride or die, running shoe PERIOD. They feel great, give me the support I need, and are true to size. I get a half size up then my normal fit. They hold up better than any other running shoe I have ever purchased which is why I keep coming back
I like 29's much more than all newer models so far.

Very cushioning and corrects my pronation. They have a wide base, which looks a little odd but good for stability.
From the moment they go on, they're a solid 10. My shoe required no break in period. I'm a former Nike React devotee who Asics on a whim. Wow, I'm never going back. Asics are solid, comfortable and offer great support. I'm on my feet all day and my feet never hurt after! OH - I order one 1/2 size bigger.
Loving the Kayano 29…Have worn Kayanos for so many years with just a few breaks to try some other shoes. But I always return to the Kayanos. Typically buy the previous year model at half price on Amazon. Some years they’re better than others so my strategy is to buy 1 pair. Then, if I love that model year I go online and buy a couple more. Just ordered more.
