This is a terrific squash shoe. I play high level club squash and this shoe was incredibly comfortable right out of the box. Grip levels are very good too and I am a fan of the design. Durability seems excellent too with only very minor signs of wear after a month of use.
Great shoe, love the design, grip, snug fit. The only thing is Asics do run small. I recommend getting 1 size smaller than your usual size.
Great support, traction, and comfort for playing pickleball on indoor hardwood gymnasium floor.I have plenty of foot issues and this shoe kept me from getting foot pain like I've experience with other shoes I've tried such as cross trainers, basketball high tops, and running shoes.Running shoes felt the best for my foot, but the treads wore out quickly with the stopping and cutting movement of the game. Also, I've rolled my ankles several times in running shoes, but wore them the most because of the comfort.Now I don't have to worry about it since I've purchased these shoes. I only wear these indoors and wore them around the house for 2 days before playing in them and no issues with blisters after wearing them the first night on the courts either.
I'm a volleyball player but I use these primarily for racquetball. They grip great. The laces are annoyingly small and narrow and slippery as is the style of the day, but comfort is okay. They seem to be wearing relatively well and I like their breathability. They're not too heavy and I don't notice them slowing me down or anything of the like. They are quite low cut and I'd perhaps prefer something with just a touch more of an ankle to them. Also, the gum rubber sole is separating a little already and is going to need some glue faster than I'd have expected. Not a bad shoe but I might try something else when these wear out. I don't have a particularly fat foot at all, but they are pretty tight top to bottom and I think I'd prefer a shoe with a little more vertical room in it.
Great shoe for the money?
Very lightweight and comfortable. Excellent traction. Am using for indoor gym work and they work great.
This brand makes thinner widths that work well for me.
