Great Shoe!

So glad I purchased these. I have been doing some high intensity exercise videos lately and noticed that my heel started hurting along with my knees. I just thought the knees were part of aging but knew the heel was from wearing the wrong shoes. I had been using running sneakers. Big mistake. I noticed a difference the minute I put these on. Much more stable in the heel and overall. Foot feels much more supported when exercising. Also, my knees and heel no longer hurt at all, so it shows you how important it is to wear the proper shoes when exercising.

Fantastic HIIT, cross training shoe!

It's hard finding the right shoe for cross training. You need stability to land the jumps but also cushioning in the right places. I've been doing the Insanity Max 30 with these and I have no problems with the jumps or the burpees or any of the exercises. This is not a running shoe, I would never run in these, they just are not built for it. It is a fantastic HIIT shoe and I definitely hope that Asics continues with this line.

Great for HIIT Workouts

Been doing HIIT workouts for a long time and for some reason was always doing them in running shoes! I finally wised up and bought these and I am so glad! True to Asics reputation they are comfortable, fit well and are definitely a betterrible choice for all the up and down, lateral amd backward movement and jumping in interval training. Ankles, knees and shins feel better, shoes are lighter, less hot and overall make the workout more comfortable.

Great high quality shoes worth ever penny!

I have been working out in these shoes for a couple of months now. I got a size 8 and they feel great. They are not heavily cushioned, but I don't mind that about them. I don't have any problems with my ankles since wearing them to workout in. I do HIIT and plyometrics in these shoes. They offer good lateral support and last well. Great high quality shoes worth ever penny!

and more comfortable for short runs than my metcons

Wasn't sure at first, but I'm liking these more the longer I wear them for crossfitting. Held up well through rope climbs, and more comfortable for short runs than my metcons. Only complaint is they are very narrow, so if you have a wider foot, these probably won't work well for you.

Best shoes for Crossfit.

The best crossfit shoes I have bought. They are so comfortable and I can use them for the quick runs during WODs so I don't have to change my shoes every 5minutes. I definitely Recommend these, I have high arches and the Reebok Nano were so painful.

GREAT for HIIT!

These shoes have saved my feet. I have been a long time ASICS fan, and these definitely did not disappoint. I have recently started high intensity interval training (HIIT) and the right shoes with he right kind of support is CRUCIAL. I learned this the hard way when i tried using my running shoes...great for running (ASICS kayano), but not so much for HIIT, especially lateral movements and toe support. I was skeptical that a pair of shoes could make such a huge difference...whoa was I wrong! From the first time I used them, my feet had zero pain, and that’s without even having broken them in or anything! Jump lunges? Easy! Side lunges? Done! Burpees? No problem! One suggestion that i got from the ASICS store was to go a half-size larger since your feet swell during HIIT training. There’s a part on the toe of the shoe where your big toe should be..if it’s past it, the shoe is too small. And of course, there’s the trademark ASICS shoe string “lock” for added support (but not needed so far!).Great shoes, can’t recommend highly enough! Let’s see how long that lasts!
