No break-in, put on before a USTA mixed doubles match and got the W!!!

True to recommended sizing, very comfortable and stable, finally a great shoe to love this tennis season. I must have bought 10 pairs total of Asics and Babolat and returned. The Gel Challenger 14 was squeaky near the foot flex area, glad to try the older model and love it!

Great tennis shoe for beginner player

I am new to tennis and have been doing lessons. I’ve always been active and brooks are my “go-to” running shoe but I felt like my ankles weren’t stable. A fellow player recommended actual tennis shoes. Since I am a beginner, I didn’t want to spend a lot and ASICS had great reviews in some articles I read. These were on sale! They have been great! They are definitely more shoe on the sides and great for shuffling around the court. They’re heavier than my Brooks but probably need to be. They do run a little arrow. However even though they’re narrow, there’s plenty of toe room. I do feel as though they need to be narrow for the type of moves you’re doing in tennis. I feel secure and supported in this shoe! An added bonus is they are stylish! I find it hard to find a cute tennis shoe compared to running shoes. I am normally a size 7 and the 7 fit great. In running shoes I typically get a 7.5 but the 7 was great in the tennis shoe.

Comfortable and solid court shoe

I love this particular court shoe style from Adidas. This pair fits very similarly to my last pair. I have only worn them on clay/Har-Tru courts, so I can’t comment on use for hard courts. I used for 2 seasons before feeling time to replace. The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars is the color that I thought was white with blue accents is really baby blue with blue accents. See picture.

Most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn

I wear Asics for both my court shoe and running shoe and I've had great luck. My last few court shoes were the Asics Court Speed Flytefoam. They fit great and I loved them. Why do they have to change the shoes so much?I've tried a few of the other new Asics, but they seem narrow and I don't like the plastic stuff on the outside, so I tried these. I have never had so much pain playing before. I literally had to quit playing because the bottoms of my feet hurt so bad. I bought new insoles and they were a little better, but I literally could not wait to get them off. They aren't too tight and they are the right size. They don't rub or cause blisters, but there is no cushion at all. Terrible. I wish I could return them.
