Natural Born Walker
This review is for Gel Cumulus 26 No wonder these are named after a cloud, because they are like walking on clouds! Ok, if you are like me and have worn Gel Nimbus 25 for a while and then tried the 26 and it was not the same and waited for 27 and it got worse and you are searching for something like the GN25, this is it! (I don’t know about the 27) but the GC26 are a great, cloud like, supportive with just a bit wider toe box which at first I didn’t know if I liked but it is very comfortable, these feel very lightweight and at $109 are well worth it! So I’m writing this to help other GN25 fans find a good comparison. I also noticed a spring in my step….like they were pushing me forward, not sure if that was the shoe or my inner “natural born walker” I use these to go on daily long, 5-6 mile walks on a paved trail. Get them, you can return, but I don’t think you will.

Size 10. I wear a 9 1/2 but you always need to order a half size larger if your going to be running, jogging or using a walking pad. Love these shoes! The best fit and most comfortable shoes I've ever had.

Great cushion, but a slightly different fit
I’ve been a loyal Cumulus wearer for years, and the 26 is definitely the plushest version yet. The new foam feels incredibly soft underfoot—it’s like walking on clouds, which has been great for my joints on longer road runs. They’re surprisingly lightweight for how much cushion you get, and the transition from heel to toe feels really smooth.The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fit feels a bit narrower in the midfoot compared to the 25s. I also noticed the outsole grip is a little different; it works perfectly on dry pavement, but it can feel a bit slick on wet surfaces. Overall, it’s a fantastic, high-quality trainer, just maybe consider sizing up if you have a wider foot!
