Great for narrow foot
I tried these on in a store but my size was not available...I am normally a 9.5 in sneakers and either a 9 or 9.5 in regular shoes. I tried the 9 which was too short and the 10 which was big. The price in the store was $80 and here on Amazon $64. I knew they would be comfortable. I have a narrow foot so these were perfect in the toe and all over. I have a long big toe on both feet and the extra half size is more comfortable. I like the padded heel. I also have a bunion on one foot and there is plenty of room for me and the bunion. I like the way the front narrows down a bit and doesn't look too clunky on my big feet. I love the style...so pretty. These may not be as comfortable for someone with a wider foot. I also don't wear socks with any sneakers and was bouncing around the house and outside with these and absolutely love them. I got the pink and white...really really feminine.I retired a pair of old Asics a couple of years ago that I wore for so many years that most of the sole had worn down to almost no treads..those were my walking sneakers. I would come back to this brand again.

Slightly too narrow in forefoot.
Great looking shoes. A bit narrow in the forefoot. The left shoe fit ok, but the right shoe was stitched a centimeter smaller. I kept them since they look good, and I will only use for training and pickleball. My hope is that they will stretch out for better comfort. The right one is too tight to wear all day so far.

Great pickleball shoes
These shoes are so comfortable right from the start. There is no break in period. I play pickleball 4 times a week, so shoes are very important to me. This will be my 3rd pair for pickleball. They are supportive and keep me stable when moving laterally. Very important since I rolled my ankle a while back. Some say they fit snug, but I feel they fit true to size. I wear a 9 1/2 in sneakers and that is what my Asics are.

Falls apart instantly. Toe split after the second wear.
I never write reviews but felt the need with these. I bought this pair for pickleball and the toe split open after the second wear. Not after months, not after heavy use, but after two light sessions. I have other pickleball shoes from K Swiss and Fila that I have worn for years without anything like this happening.After mine ripped, I checked other reviews and saw several people had the exact same issue in the exact same spot, so this is not an isolated case. The material at the toe breaks down immediately and once it starts to fray it just disintegrates.To make things worse, I submitted a warranty claim with ASICS and they denied it. They said it was normal wear and tear, even though it happened after two uses and there are multiple reviews showing the same defect. I expected much better durability and customer support from a brand like ASICS.One star. I would not buy this model again.
