I over pronate. These were recommended as very supportive. I have to agree with the recommendation.They are light weight and comfortable. I don't even need orthotics with these. My ankle pain (anterior tibial tendinitis) is gone.
This is a good shoe. It is a good fit for me, strong support and comfortable.
So comfy and durable. I've had them a year now and they still look good as new.
I’ve had these shoes for almost 9 months. Right out of the box, without even trying them on, they fit so comfortably. The laces are great too as they are the perfect length and size for the shoe. I love the color as well. It’s dusty in the desert where I live so the darker color works best as the lighter colors get dirty very quickly. They also have a good arch support. I have flat feet and get plantar fasciitis if the arch support isn’t good. I’ve not had any pain with these shoes. The only issue I have with these shoes is my toenail popped through the mesh after only a few months. A bit thicker mesh in that area would help. Overall a good shoe and a great value for the price I paid.
I use these sneakers for so many things! Mostly I love them because they are snug & well cushioned. They wonderful for high impact things such as running, kickboxing, hikes, long walks with dogs etc. I also use them for work (I’m a nurse, on my feet 12+ hours a day). Totally worth the price! My calves & feet never hurt after my shift, even when I get 10,000 -12,000 (even 14,000) steps at work! Not great for wide feed, but other than that they are literally perfect. I have one pair for work and one for home!
These are just as I had hoped they would look. I am a huge ASICS fan and love the support and feel when I run in these shoes. They have just enough support with the ortholite but don't feel like I am running on a mattress. These are good in size, but I do buy a bit bigger so I can wear thick socks and not get blisters. I have always loved these shoes and will continue to love them because they wear well and give great support for long runs or short runs. Great on the knees and hips! I am a distance-marathon runner who runs streets and occasional dirt and these do great on both. Another thing is I love the amount of the gel in these as opposed to the newer ones that have a lot of gel in the arch area that make them feel strange. I think the 29 much better than 31. Okay! I have said enough.
