In ASICS normally a size 9 has room for my feet. These are just fitting my feet. I have a narrow foot and they fit perfectly. I would say to half size up in this shoe and maybe a full size if you have a wide foot. The heel has really firm cushioning and they are quite comfy. Would buy again half a size up. These are a keeper to walk the dogs, not run.
This is the wife writing, not the husband. These shoes were for me! I train at Burn Bootcamp six-ish days a week (sometimes five and one day elsewhere, but you get the idea) and I’m a total hiit addict. Anyways, Nike was absolutely killing my knees and messing with my fitness goals.Enter ASICS. I purchased a $140 pair from Dicks and I loved them but they run a bit small. I saw these on clearance and they match our highlighter colored Camaro so I was like...sweet. Gonna buy em! I did go up a half size and I am not disappointed. I’ve only been to camp three days in these. Two cardio days and one regular strength day. They’ve been wonderful on my injured knees, great for squats, deadlifts, wallballs, box jumps, literally everything.I can’t wait to buy more ASICS!

I was so excited about these shoes when I purchased them. When the arrived I got two shoes of the same size, color, and brand...but mismatched shoes. I was not able to get a replacement for these because they were no longer available which really bummed me out.
Great shoe. I use it for racquetball and pickleball, and one complaint is that the bottom of the shoe is pretty soft, so it has started to get slightly damaged in about 2 months use. Just slightly. The shoe in general runs a little narrow and long, so I went with the size that is a little too long for my foot. Very comfortable shoe though, I've really enjoyed it.
I love these shoes! I will definitely be getting them again. Perfect fit.
