Great First Pair of Turfs

These turfs were super easy to break in and work well with my field hockey shin guards, rash guards, and socks. I was also able to fit in my custom soles later in the season and all of my gear still fit. They have great traction on football and water turf as well as grass if cleats aren't available.I can wear a size 4-7.5 (I got these in a size 6) and have flatfooted/wide feet and they provided a good amount of support. I tend to wear out shoes with mesh "shells" quite quickly so I'm very impressed with the durability of these shoes, they have survived one collegiate season of field hockey with over 20 games. However, this "shell" doesn't allow for the best breathability. One thing to watch out for is if you get these in black, the shoes heat very quickly especially on black-filled turf, and will almost hurt to wear.These were a great first pair of turfs and helped me realize what I might like in a future shoe. For now, I'll wear them until they break.
