Twice the cross training chops at half the price. Leave the Nano’s and Metcons for the gym bunnies.
These shoes are perfect for my wider foot. They are very comfortable. I use them as cross trainers. Volleyball shoes are the best shoes for cross training. They are flat enough to lift in with only a moderate heel incline, if any. They have a wide toe box and excellent traction due to the rubber soles. The rubber also wears out slower than cross trainers with cheap foam soles. They also have rubber at the toe. A good training shoe should have a rubber toe guard. If you’re really cross training, you will tear up any shoes that don’t have a rubber toe. These are also made for pivoting so they are great for combat style movement. They are less expensive and much more comfortable than shoes that are made specifically for cross training. Since I bought them, two people at gym said they are getting some. A coworker is also getting a pair just because she likes the looks. They are available in many colors too.Highly recommended.

Good volleyball libero shoe for those with a narrow foot
I got a decent deal on these shoes. My daughter is a libero and she recommends them. They have good grip on the bottom and sides and fit as expected. My daughter has a narrow foot, so these work well with her (as do Nike brand shoes). She likes the aesthetics of them too. They lasted a school and travel season.

Great volleyball shoe but runs big
I wear size 10 in tennis shoes but these were much longer (half inch or more) than other size 10 tennis shoes. I went down to a 9 1/2 and really love them! The stability I feel while running around on the court is amazing as is the support when going up for blocks and spikes.

They provide excellent arch support
So I actually bought these to use as badminton shoes, rather than volleyball as the typical badminton shoes are over $100. They work really well; I have been using them for about 4 months now, about 5 days a week for relatively intense 2 hour sessions and they have not yet shown any signs of wearing out. They provide excellent arch support; usually I have to wear inserts with my regular sneakers, but they're not necessary with these. It also fits surprisingly well considering that I ordered down half a size. Originally they felt a little snug, but I think that going a little tighter was ideal considering the amount of lunging done within badminton.

PERFECT!
I tried a pair of Asics on in store to see what size I was and ordered these online because I couldn't find the anywhere. I started volleyball season in these past few weeks and they're great!! I haven't slid at all and they totally go with my uniform! They're comfortable. They're great for volleyball!! Thank you!!

Sweet looking shoe - BUT too narrow.
Came on time as expected. They looked awesome! Very cool colors. The outside finish DOES have more of a gloss to it, which could be bad for some, but I liked the change from the normal boring athletic shoe. Upon trying it on, I realized something, "these shoes are too narrow." Not sure if it's the gel or fabric or what but after walking around the house for like 15 mins I felt like my foot was being squeezed. I couldn't do that for volleyball. Don't want my foot to feel like their on fire while I'm running or playing. My usual shoe size is women's 5.5-6. (Granted this is my first pair of Asics.) For any physical activity, I am size 6 always, guaranteed. I have a high arch and quite thin feet, THE most narrow that I know of (aside from my older sister). I found the narrowness issue to be weird, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, had to send them back. Good luck! Hope you find this feedback helpful when purchasing your next pair of athletic shoes.
