I love this particular brand of shoe. They came in and looked exactly as expected. They fit and are comfortable when walking all day. I am hard on shoes because I walk a lot daily as a teacher. They held up to almost daily wear for after 6 months. I had to retire these shoes as my feet are supper sensitive to wearing down of the sole by just a little bit. Six months is a good amount of time for me to get out of a shoe. I am pleased with the quality and price.

Very comfortable/great fit!
I just received these shoes yesterday and had my first workout with them today. Did 45 minutes on the treadmill and they were so comfortable, no pinching or tightness in the pad area of the shoe (I have a little wider width and it was perfect) they didn't rub my heels or anything, I felt completely supported in the arch too. I'm a true size 9 and that's what I ordered and they were perfect. I have another pair of ASICS size 9 and they are snug on the toe where it's pressing into the front of the shoe....these are so much better. Anyways, I love these shoes and they look great too, absolutely love the deep blue. I definitely recommend these!Edit: after having these shoes for a couple of weeks I've been able to wear them for different workouts. I have to say they are not great for any kind of aerobics/tabata/HIIT where you're moving around a lot in different angles and moving frequently...my feet shift around way too much and do not stabilize the front of my foot, with that being said I don't recommend them for that type of workout, they are still very comfortable walking in them for longer periods of time. In my opinion they are wide width shoes, so not great for the slender feet.

Nice, But Different
Review for Size 7 women’s “ASICS Gel Venture 8” Black/Baltic Jewel. Cute colors and I love ASICS fit, and how lightweight they are, but they didn’t match listing photo. You can see in my photos that they were even pre-tested for wear outdoors, which would be the place I would wear them because ASICS shoes are great for running or walking on any terrain. The shock absorption on trails and pavement is great.Colors were more black/dark green. I thought they would be black and light, sea foam green. Since I was needing them for a specific match to a new outfit, which these didn’t work with, I had to return them as soon as I saw they weren’t what I thought I was getting. Bummer because I truly enjoy ASICS shoes!Fit was as expected for my size, so if you’ve worn ASICS, go with your usual size. These had the added bonus of a nice “broken in” feel in look and comfort. Laces were already tied up, so gotta love that time saving feature! Another plus was the laces are much thinner than my previous ASICS, so I can change the look more frequently!
