Wide feet rejoice!
I'm probably on my 5th pair of Asics. When you find a pair that fits, you buy multiple pairs for the future. They changed the look slightly from previous versions but sizing consistency stayed the same. I have a wide foot and the 9W fits perfectly. The toe box is roomy. I can wear normal thickness running socks - they know what a wide shoe should be! I typically wear an 8.5 W in regular shoes (if that's an option) but I go up a half a size for running shoes. They are comfortable for long runs and they look nice on.

Comfortable sneakers all day long
They are super comfy! I am a PE teacher and I am on my feet all day. Comfort is very important to me. They fit exact. They are lightweight and perfect for all day. I do have these in black so I know they are comfy. Worth the money to spend on. My black pair lasted me 2 to 3 years and I wore them alot. They lasted that long so they are durable. However, they did have a small stain on them which wasnt pictured in the photos. I was mad since they are brand new.......but they are comfy so I will wear them.

Run small, but very comfortable
I am an avid speed walker and have watched and felt ASICS change over the years. I normally wear a 7 1/2 shoe and have found that I've had to order an 8 1/2 now! My ASICS pickleball shoes are an 8 while all my other shoes are 7 1/2's. Go figure! I speed walk 6 or more miles/week both on concrete and my treadmill and these are so comfortable, right out of the box. There is good toe room too. My shoes last about 350 miles so we will see how these do.

As an overpronator, I’ve been wearing the GT 1000 since 2005. Tried and true, and when you get them on sale, the value is even better. I always size up in athletic shoes and these are no different.
