LOVE these shoes!
This is my 4th pair of ASIC Noosas. My first 3 pairs are Noosa 13s and I just received my first pair of Noosa 14s. There are some subtle differences for me. I find the back of the heel is a bit more rigid but I think after wearing them a little while that will soften up. The arch support does not seem as pronounced in these shoes but overall they are very comfortable! I also feel like the tie box is not as roomy as my Noosa 13s….. I love the color combination for wearing with my scrubs but I do wish they would make the same shoes in a neutral color for weekend wear. I have had Achilles surgeries on both feet and a left knee replacement and I have found these are the only shoes I can wear all day long that do not cause pain! The lower heel drop makes a lot of difference for me in not putting strain on either the Achilles or the knees. I constantly get compliments on them too so that’s an added bonus! I do recommend going up a half size as others have suggested, they do run a little small.

I like the lightweight of these shoes. They have a great feel & support for my feet. My legs also feel much better after wearing these several hours as well. I really like the colors on these ! they are so versatile with so many color's. Most of all the price is affordable for the quality & look your getting with these ! These are a sharp nice looking shoe ! people always compliment them & ask about them ! The picture's I provided may look a little different in the shades but that just because these shoe's come with a second set of laces. So I changed them to show the difference & also wore jeans in one pic & shorts in the other.

Best Tri-Noosa since Tri-Noosa 9 version.
My favorite pair of running shoes was my Asics Tri-Noosa 9s.... But didn't realize they were such an amazing shoe quick enough to go buy more pairs before they quit selling them. I've tried other Tri-Noosa versions but they didn't give me the same wow factor.... But the Tri-Noosa 11s were ok. I fluctuate between women's size 9 and 9.5 in Asics.... These were perfect in a 9 for me. I wear a normal width but I'm on the wider side of normal... These offer good toe box. I love these hugging my heels... Comfortable... Can walk all day in them. I haven't done a ton of running (I'm out of shape) but I've done some and it's been good. My feet don't get overheated with these. Love the bright color... I get lots of compliments. These came with the bungee shoe laces but I like the look of the peach orange regular laces better.

A good shoe, but could be better
I have worn Asics for decades. For years I loved the Kayano - but it became less effective, tighter in the toe-box and I finally gave up on them. Other flavors of Asics didn't perform as well as the original Kayano either. Then, I tried other brands including Brooks, Pumas, Hokkas...all bummers...thought I would try the Noosa. I like them - sized up a size from my regular dress shoe size. Plenty of toe room. Had to get an insole with an arch for support against pronation since these are flat inside. Definitely comfortable, I can do 5-7 miles in them without my feet and ankles killing me. And they have a great look - so I bought three different colors.

Mine were definitely true to size. I don’t think I recommend sizing up or down.I owned two pairs of ASICS from the noosa tri line in high school track&field, and I loved them. I’m 25 now and decided to get back into running—these shoes have been wonderful. I’m early in the habit (about a week and a half of daily runs) but I have experienced zero feet/knee pain. They feel lightweight and give a really nice level of cushion and spring during runs. Love!
