Pleasantly surprised!
I'm not a runner. I bought these because I was looking for a comfortable running shoe. This is my first pair of Asics. These are the most cushiony comfortable sneakers I have ever bought. I usually wear New Balance, but they haven't been feeling good lately. I really like these. They seem to be well made. Nice soft cushioning, plenty of wiggle room for my toes. I don't have wide feet or high insteps so these work for me. I like that the tongue isn't padded... lays flat against my foot...no giant puffy tongue sticking out. I bought the summer dune lime green color. I love the color of these. Very happy colors. Not blinding, but bright enough. So soft to walk in...I feel like I'm walking on marshmallow peeps...there is NO heel slippage. They hold my heels very well. No pinching, squeezing, binding anywhere. I will be buying more Asics in the future for sure...I would give them 10 stars if I could...will update review in a few months to see how they handle wear...I'm very pleased!..I wear a size 9 in my other brands of running shoes...these seem to be true to size...I always order a half size up in runners since they always seem to run small.......EDIT AFTER NEARLY DAILY WEAR...I've been wearing these nearly every day since buying them ..they still look new and are still cushiony to walk in. I just washed them in my front loader washer. They washed up perfectly. Still love these shoes. I may buy other colors...best sneakers I've ever worn!!!

Buy the shoe! These things are so great and the cushioning is amazing. I work long days on my feet and they get me through so easily!!! I tend to have a wider foot, but I don’t need to buy these in a wide. They’re made for feet like mine… Lol. The price point is amazing for the quality and how great the shoe is. My favorite pair of shoes especially if you’re on your feet all day or walk for exercise. I have about 4 pairs of these shoes in different colors. My favorite for sure!!! Accurate sizing, light weight, perfect amount of cushion, my back appreciates these shoes because of the good support. Long lasting, springy, beautiful design
In the top three best sneakers this lifetime, high sneakers wearer, since child, and adulthood has ever worn!!!! I used these to walk 2-5 miles per day. They are springy, supportive and lightweight enough for my needs. The best attribute of these sneakers are the holes in the soles to provide constant temperature control. I live in Florida and walk year round outdoors. The holes make all the difference in the world!!! I've tried to wear other sneakers without this attribute and the retaining of heat in the summer is especially intolerable. I used to be a runner, completing 5k and half marathons. I'm not sure if these sneakers would have been my go to do to possible lack of lateral support in the uppers, needed for lots of high impact and a different type of support. And, I received so many compliments on the "skull candy" graphic on the Noosa 15. The white soles of the 16's just doesn't have the same WOW effect. Have had these about two years and they still feel great.
