This is my second shoe of this brand. One of the best product lines of ASICS. If you're walking or running, this can give you all the power, energy, cushion, and jump to take your aerobics to the next level. After purchasing this last Summer 2024, my walking and work outs have tremendously improved, of 365 days this year, I've hit the gym 175 days with this shoe. I've a green and this color; both matches my expectations. In fact, of my 30 years of athletic life, this is a big surprise to have missed for so long, as I've been looking for a shoe that can accelerate my running and workout schedules without feeling tire and having joint pain. Top of all; this is the lighest running shoe I've ever purchased and used. I've tried all the top brands last 30 years, and this one beats it all in terms of snuggy feel, comfort, fit, weightlessness, etc. I purchased a shoe-lock lace which fits to the orange color of this sole. More colors; more vibes. You'll not miss a thing in this shoe provided you get a correct size as in any shoes.

I’m a half marathoner and weigh 112 and 5’4” I run about 20-25 miles a week. I’ve been running for 31 years and usually prefer a moderate support shoe. I wear a 6.5 in any other shoe but I have wider feet after four kids and my stride has changed, so I up my running size by a full size now to avoid those sexy black toe nails😅. I usually wear a New Balance, ASICS or Brooks if I’m just pounding out miles and want to get between 400-500 miles on a road. I got these in the neon salmon color and they’re easy to see at night but they’ve got a great “spring back feel” without the bulky weight of similar shoes. On a 7 mile run this morning, my time went down almost a full minute per mile because my stride felt so natural and effortless! I’m so impressed at how light they feel with such nicely placed cushion. They fit great and knowing now how comfortable they feel I’m buying a second pair. Even if I don’t get 400/500 miles in this pair, my legs can’t even tell I ran today or pushed faster. I’ll update durability as I have them longer because I feel like some of these engineered foams don’t last long. All in all though, I have trusted ASICS for many years and I’m betting I won’t be disappointed. I spent about 50 more for my last pair of running shoes from a running store but I kept feeling like I was running more flat footed than what seemed natural. These are a great value if you’re looking for moderate support with a light feel.

Most comfortable for clinicals! Size up!
AMAZING! im in clinicals 8 hours & these are perfect.i have narrow feet & a high arch so long term shoe ware is so picky for me. I will say im originally a 7 1/5 & I was advised by a show guy at a store for my foot i should get a 9 regular. I did & they fit perfect.These honestly feel like im walking on a foam mattress. I also have scoliosis and it takes nothing for a shoe to give me back aches. 10/10 recommendOnly reason i have it a 4 is bc the only down side is they do get dirty fast white duh) & the material makes it a little hard to clean
