Oh, heavens above, allow me to wax lyrical about these most splendiferous ASICS Gel-Excite 10 Running Shoes! Upon the first delightful trot around the estate (or, in common parlance, the local park), I was so utterly enchanted by their springy disposition and cushioned embrace that I simply had to procure a second pair — lest I be found wanting should the first pair ever retire from active service!The colour alone — a most scandalously vibrant orange with flirtatious hints of pink and yellow — makes one feel as though they are jogging through a Carmen Miranda musical number. Passersby have been known to squint, swoon, and even offer spontaneous applause. Frankly, I don’t blame them.Comfort? Positively divine! Like being cradled by a thousand tiny, supportive butlers, each dedicated solely to the wellbeing of one’s toes. The bounce! The plushness! I dare say one could gallop to the ends of the earth (or at least to the grocer’s) and feel as fresh as a daisy upon arrival.In short, if these shoes were any more marvellous, I should have to write them into my will.
