I’ve had these boots for more than 5 years. They’ve held up great, withstanding rockymountain hikes carrying kids on my back (30-50lbs), snowy winters in Denver, and late season hunting in Ohio. I have med width feet and somewhat high arches and these boots feel like gloves for my feet . The shank is stiff and the outsole is tough Vibram rubber. The stitching has held up to multiflora rose bushes and briars, and the GoreTex has kept my feet dry. I’ve had to re-lace them, but that was thanks to a puppy chewing the laces, otherwise I expect 2-3 more years service from them. More than 5 years from a boot that’s not full leather upper is a testament to the quality of these Asolos. I’ll be back for a 2nd pair when these eventually wear out.
