I read these are a bit narrow so I ordered a size up. I’m a big fan of Astral shoes and these perform a lot like their river and trail shoes. Footbed texture took a half day to get use to but now I appreciate it. Buckles are big ( I think they look cool, some people don’t) and secure. Level footbed has good arch support and protection. I ran about 10 miles with them on trails in Idaho, felt great !

A really nice pair of sandals but I wouldn't pay what they are asking for this pair of sandals...These are a really nice and different kind of sandals. They are however a little different and take a little getting used to as they don't have strings, in the traditional sense, as well as there isn't any velcro and it does take some getting used to. They are a very nice sandal but the asking price is more than double what I would be willing to pay if I didn't get these for free as an Amazon Vine Reviewer. I see so many other sandals with a similar quality going for way less money, actually half the cost, if not more. I recommend these sandals but not at the price they are currently asking because as of the writing of this review (6-25-2022 A.D.) you can get 2 pairs of similar quality from other brands plus shipping for the same price of one of this name brand. In short I like the sandal very even with a learning curve of a sandal without a shoes strings or even velcro but not the price they are currently..... Yikes...Good day & God Bless...Randall M. The following review is based on my husband’s review of this product. Through the years, I have owned many types of sandals. They were either too heavy, too hot or did not fit properly. These sandals by Webber are very comfortable and fit perfectly. They run true to size. They are also very lightweight and not too heavy on one’s foot. The soles are rubber and the straps have tactical webbing with sturdy buckles that can be adjusted. Out of all the sandals, I have owned in the past, I can honestly say that these are going to be worn often. Perfect for sports, the beach and vacation. I’d highly recommend them.
I bought these sandals to take to Italy and Thailand. They are comfortable, however they have virtually no grip on rocks/when wet. They are extremely slippery which is a huge disappointment when you're paying over $100 for a pair of sandals.
I've been using these Astral Webber sandals as everyday casual wear this summer, not for their intended use as swimming or hiking sandals, and I've been greatly enjoying wearing them. I got the Olive Green color and they're pretty attractive looking. At first I wasn't sure I liked the way the textured footbed felt, but I quickly got used to it and I find them very comfortable now.My feet measure a size 9.5 so I got the size 10 in these and love the fit. There's no heel adjustment, which may turn some people off, but the heel fits my feet very well with no rubbing or chafing.These are attractive, well-made, lightweight and comfy. This is my first experience with the Astral brand and I would buy more of these. Highly recommended!
These sandals are said to be "adventure-ready" for different types of active things you might want to use them for. For me, they're excellent for walking or hiking, and I've used them in numerous circumstances where they've gotten wet, and they've held up admirably. I really like the looks (but my wife does not... oh well!). The fabric of the straps is quite thick and durable, and the bottoms are rubbery and thick without being too heavy. The only thing I'm not sold on is the price. If you can find a 25 to 30% off coupon or discount from the current price of $110, I would consider that more reasonable.
