Inside sole and arch support not that great

This is a nice-looking shoe, but the inside sole is not cushiony: It's hard on the heals. Also, the arch support is oddly shaped, making it somewhat annoying to walk in. The support is just way too narrow and short for the size 10.5 shoe that I bought. They got the outside design and functionality right, but they missed the boat when it came to the inside. I bought these shoes to be my work shoes, but it's not a shoe that I can stand or walk around in for a long period of time. However, I will wear them outside of work for short periods of time because they're just too cute and stylish not to.
