great fit, attractive boot
These were unexpectedly nice. The fit is generous enough for me to put a cushy insole inside. I have Rheumatoid in my feet, and even without an additional insole, these were ok for me to walk in. Not only can I add an insole, I can wear cushioned socks as well. The width is great if you have wide feet. The calf is a good fit, a little wide at the top, but I think it is more flattering to have extra room than not. I would call this a beautiful cocoa brown, on the cool brown side rather than a warm brown. That makes them more neutral in color which is great. Unlike many wide calf boots where half the back is stretchy fabric that screams I have big calves, this boot has small strips which don't need to stretch on my legs, but they are discrete. The material looks very nice. It is soft. I was surprised that these can be dressed up or look casual. The shipping was fast. Although they arrived in a plastic bag, the boots were well wrapped and nothing was crushed or misshapen. I would purchase again from this seller.
