Great design and fit but hard to put on and tread wears out quick
These shoes require no break in and fit very well. Lots of room in the toe box, good arch support and stability. My only complaint is that they are impossible to get on without a shoe horn AND even with a shoe horn the high round edge of the rear shoe tends to bend over and get caught behind my heal. I then have to take the shoe horn and dig it out from behind my foot. The reason they are so hard to put on is the tongue of the shoe is sewn tight into the shoe. Even when I loosen the laces the shoe tongue does not move. I love these shoes but would not buy them again because of the problems getting them onto my feet.Additional points after a month of usage.... The laces are very thin and dig deep into the cushioned tongue of the shoe. This means the don't loosen up during play - which is great. But it also means it's very hard to untie them when I want to take them off. I have to dig the laces out of the crevices in the foam shoe tongue. Lastly, the durability of the sole is disappointing. I see significant tread wear after just 5 or 6 weeks of usage. (see pics) PS I use these shoes exclusively for pickleball both indoor and outdoor
