tall toe box

I have desperately been looking for another pair of pickleball shoes for my wide feet. I used to wear NewBalance but they don’t make the same model anymore so I thought I would try this brand since they well known for tennis. This is a decent looking shoe, light so it’s easier to move quickly, long shoe laces and a nice wide toe box which I need BUT the toe box is also very tall (from sole to top of shoe which is odd) and no matter how tight I tie the shoe laces, the balls of my feet and my toes have too much room and feels like the front of my foot is sloshing around. note that my toe length is correct in the shoe. I’m a fairly tall and big boned female but my feet aren’t fat, maybe if they were these would fit better. Also, I have a regular instep. Sadly, I will be sending these back and the search for light shoes with a wide toe box continues.

Most comfortable Pickleball shoe I have tried.

I have worn about 6 different brands of either tennis or pickle sneakers. Definitely the most comfortable! Wide toe box is nice. Personally, I don't love the lacing system and find it hard to tighten/loosen the laces mostly because of the way they sit under the strap on the tongue. TBD if the soles last longer than 3 months.

Terrific Pickleball Shoes

EXTREMELY comfy pickleball shoes! Very cute style, love the simple design and the fit. Also, the price is outstanding! Just some advice, I can wear a size 8, 8 1/2, or 9 in my fitness shoes depending on the brand. I thought I’d try the 8 1/2 in Babalot, because I use orthotics in them…but I had to exchange them for a size 8, as they are REALLY roomy. Haven’t played in them yet, but bought my husband the men’s version and he loves them!
