I have an average size 8 foot, not narrow, not wide. After ordering two pairs of these too big I ordered a pair size 8. When they arrived they went right on, so comfy. No rubbing on the back of my ankle, nice cushion in the foot bed. These fit like a glove, no slipping and no cramped toes. I don't believe there is arch support but they are flats. These seem so well made, great materials and the little chain detail on the toe is really pretty. Can wear these for dressy or casual. These flats are worth buying and they will fit your true size. I'm about to have them in three colors.
