These may be the most beautiful and comfortable evening shoes I've had in 30 years. The nude color is actually recommended in online suggestions for evening shoes because you can wear them with any color. These will initially be worn with a periwinkle blue cotton lace dress for my granddaughter's wedding. I have tried several other different shoes and returned all of them. As soon as I put these on, I knew. The heel and straps are nude satin and the front piece across the instep is a gathered/pleated gauzy fabric. The buckle is a combination of pearls and crystals. The 2 1/2 inch heel height is perfect for a long day at a wedding and an evening of dancing. The shoe is leather which adds to the comfort. It used to be so much easier to find comfortable shoes when we wore stockings, but barefoot in shoes is a challenge. These will be perfect after the perfect pre-wedding pedicure. In addition, the shoes came with an extra set of heel lifts and a few extra "just in case" crystals and pearls. A nice large Badgley Mischka shoe bag is included.
