Nice boots...but BIG
There is no way I would try to drive my truck wearing these boots. They are big, they look big. They do not seem heavy on my feet though. I normally wear a size 11 shoe. I ordered a size 12 boot. With thick boot socks, they fit perfect. They are very warm and comfortable. I have no doubt these will be my favorite shoveling the driveway boots, standing in the stadium in frigid cold boots, hunting in the thick underbrush with mud on the ground boots, etc. Unless I have to walk around in 12"+ of snow I am sure these will keep my feet dry and warm this winter.

Best boots I have ever had
Best boots I have ever had. Seriously these are great and my feet stay warm and dry. I didn't understand that they have a built in gator function, because the upper portion of the boot folds out and makes the boot about 6 inches taller with it's own drawstring. The boots are quick to put on and light weight but amazingly warm. I have had other extremely warm boots in the past but they were quite heavy and bulky. These are amazing! My only concern was that one of the D loops on the bottom on one side on one boot started to have the stitching come loose within 90 days of owning the boots. I was really disappointed so I contacted Baffin. I sent them pictures and a description of what happened and they quickly sent me another pair of identical boots at no cost. Amazing boots, amazing company. I'm planning to be a Baffin customer for the rest of my life.

Boots were perfect for my trip. Wore them in over 8’ of snow and fresh powder. Went snowmobiling and spend all day out in the snow. Feet stayed dry and were comfortable. Garbage
They seem really nice at first and are super comfortable and warm. I used them about six times last winter, pulled them out of the closet last week to do a little light shoveling and the seems were completely busted open and split above the toe on both shoes. Contacted Baffin, they were polite however didn't want to take responsibility for making a poor product and passed the buck to the retailer. Wouldn't recommend ever.Also, I went to pick up a new pair of Bogs yesterday at my local army supply store. The woman behind the counter said she had the same problem with the Baffin brand. It's not just me!

Nice boot, but would prefer the same boot in leather.
I would say, overall, a decent boot. I wish they made the same boot in leather. I docked a star because of the nylon. The first time I put them on I pulled the string and tore one the eyelids for the top pull string. I now know the pressure the limit and I haven't pulled as tight anymore.The boot fits perfectly. On average I wear a size 9.5 shoe and 10 boots. I bought a size 10 and I love the fit. I have worn them with thin and thick socks, both of which fit great. They are warm.I love the soles. I can walk in snow with ease. They feel grippy on ice, but it's ice, so you will slip still. This is the reason I bought them.Overall, I like them. The next cold weather boot I buy will probably be leather. I planned on these lasting a few seasons.

Very comfortable and WARM!
I wore these boots during out latest cold snap, "The Polar Vortex" or so they called it 1/16/2014. Anyway here in Chicago it was -21F . real temp with wind chills at -45F. I was icefishing for 8 hours without a hut and my feet were toasty the whole time. We had to walk though about 15 in. of snow on the ground as well as 3-4Ft. drift and the snow cuff on the boots worked great.I where a 9.5 shoe and a 10 in this boot was a great fit with 1 pair of good wool socks. Also, I have to say these boots are very comfortable, the first time I stepped in I thought I was stepping on a pillow.
