Tough as Nails Ballet Slippers That Stay Put
I ordered these ballet slippers for my 10 year old and they fit perfectly with a tiny bit of room to grow, which is basically mom victory.The quality honestly surprised me. They have reinforced toe and heel areas both inside and out, so they feel protected and sturdy, not flimsy costume shoes. The fabric is thick and feels well made, like they can handle real use, not just standing there looking cute.The criss cross elastic straps are the best part. They have enough stretch to get her foot in easily, but once they are on, they feel snug and secure. They are thick elastic, not those skinny straps that stretch out and start sliding around after two wears. These are staying put. She can tumble, twirl, and do all her dance chaos without constantly stopping to adjust her shoes.Color wise they are a light bubblegum pink, super classic for ballet. She says they are comfy, she loves them, and I love that they feel like they will actually last.5 out of 5 stars, cute, supportive, and made better than I expected.
