Size Up

I wear a size 8.5 or 9 in shoes and orginally bought these in a 9. When they arrived, I eagerly tried them on and honestly thought they had sent the wrong size. They were absolutley way too small. However, I really liked the shoes, so I exchanged them for a size 10 and they fit great. They are really cute and are comfortable from the beginning - no breaking in needed. The silver color is fun and goes with everything. I highly recommend these shoes but also recommend sizing up.

Comfortable and cute

I already had a pair in red/vino and I wear them often. I wanted other colors so bought a blue pair. One thing to note is that I usually wear an 8 1/2. In this shoe style I need a 9. I wear these to work and even shopping. I probably would not wear them on long walks because they do not have a thick cushioning sole. However, I do think they are comfortable for work and they can be worn with jeans, leggings, dresses.

Such a shame...

I had high hopes for this flat. Looks soft and comfy in photos. But when you put them on the back digs into your heel so severely its painful! I used to work in shoes and can tell you Bandolino quality is going down the tubes. Why would they use such a hard thermal toe box for such a "comfort" types of shoe? It literally makes the shoe feel stiff, shorter, and tight in the toes when if they had build this shoe as it was intended to be, then it would get rave reviews. The sancrispino construction is lasted down too tight causing the lining to wrinkle and hence why the back heel topline is cutting into the heel. Also their outsole is way too narrow and can see why customers are waying the sides wear so easily...because the outsole is too narrow, it is rounding out the bottom of the shoes dramatically and also means these puppies wont last very long. This whole shoe is one big shoe making disaster. Too bad and so disappointed in the brand.
