Very freeing, I like shoes that I can wiggle all my toes in.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've brought for walking like ever. They fit really well, not constricting at all and they allow my feet to move and breathe. I've worn these several times to go hiking and nearly all the time while gardening. They have excellent traction, I don't slip on wet earth, tree roots and other random stuff growing out of the ground. They came with two pairs of grounding socks, replacement copper pins and a mini screw driver. I've worn them for months now and I still haven't needed to replace the copper pins. They are very good quality, the bottom is a thick type of rubber of some kind. I am a heavier person and I expected to run these shoes down by now and they are still going strong. Would definitely buy again if needing to replace them.

A simple and useful way to ground yourself to the earth

I’ve only been wearing this for the last 2 weeks, so I’m not sure if it’s working. It has not helped my planters fasciitis to date, but my high arched feet might be the reason I’m not getting much needed relief. I do love the look of this shoe nonetheless. They remind me of the jelly shoes I used to wear back in the 80s. They’re very comfortable and can be worn with the included grounding socks or by itself. I find this shoe to be "true to size” and it also comes with a few extra copper screws as a bonus. I plan on using these shoes until they completely wear out, so I’ll have to come back later to do a review update. Hopefully they’ll be a significant improvement in my foot pain. Overall, I find this to be a good purchase, a great value, and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to give it a try.

Careful of the weather forecast?

These are soft and comfortable shoes with minimal support - as intended to keep your feet in contact with the earth. The copper nubbins can be a bit skiddy on smooth, hard surfaces and I wouldn't wear on a wood or tile floor that could both be a slipping hazard and might mar the floor. It also occurs to me that one should be very careful when wearing these outdoors in places with frequent lightning, like Colorado Rocky Mountains in the summer. I would suggest just wearing these in the yard or park for short periods to get the grounding effect. I like that the set comes with extra screws and nubbins in case some wear out or are damaged. I also like that the shoe style comes in several color ways to suit different taste and style. The copper pieces can be removed entirely to wear the shoes separately too. An interesting product to help us return to connection with the earth in this very disconnected world.
