I'd buy again
I had a tournament where I had to get my feet wet and this kept the water out of my shoe, it's only like a 7.5 out of 10 on comfortability but it seems made well and has held up to alot of use so far

These shoes are from G.H. Bass (Bass Outdoors), a shoemaker known for quality since the 19th Century. The fit is great. Very comfortable. Haven't had them long enough to wear them in bad weather, but they look and feel as though they should be well up to the task (as you might expect from Bass).
My first impression; nice looking, well made, quality materials. A little tight at first try, but after adjusting the laces these shoes fit well. They will be my everyday shoes. I'll follow up in a few months to see how they hold up. So far, I give them a buy recommendation.
After a bit more than a week of wearing plastic layer started to unglue. Despite looking esthetically unpleasant, the overall integrity of the shoe still holds so I can't give it 1 star.
While I don't get as many opportunities to hit the trail as I used to, I still enjoy short hikes when I can fit them into my schedule. Having a comfortable and supportive hiking shoe or boot is a necessity, as these Bass Outdoor Peak Webbing Hikers are just that. They are waterproof, so that comes in handy when crossing shallow creeks or while trekking through rain and mud. They also feature a wide and low-arched sole, which provides stability, support, comfort and traction on rocky terrain, wet or dry. The laces stay put. I haven't had to stop on the trail to retie them on any of my hikes thus far. On top of all of this, these shoes look great. They look and feel as if they'll last a long time, so they get five stars from me.
These are my new favorite. They are very comfortable with just enough support and cushion. The soles are nice in that they don't pick up stones and the pattern/material grips even on wet terrain. The material is slightly breathable and the style is nice. I got the blue version and they've received a number of compliments. Bass Outdoor makes quality shoes. The run true to size; no issues with fit. I have standard width feet. The ankle opening is sized well and holds your heel in place without having to lace them tightly. I highly recommend these. I use them both for hiking and for working. All day comfort is not an issue. First day I wore them was over 10 hours on concrete. Zero complaints. No foot pain.
I ordered these hiking shoes in size 12 for my son who normally wears 11.5 or 12 and they fit good, so I would go the half size up if you are in between. These are really nice, high quality looking shoes, and my teenager even agrees. We go hiking a lot, and my son said these were very cushioned and supportive while we were out on the trails for a few hours. The rubber soles offer great traction, and the upper material is water resistant. He likes the look and comfort of these so much that he wants to wear them as his every day shoes when it gets cool or it's wet out. The durable materials feel like they should hold up to a lot of wear and tear.
