Good Hiking Shoes
Overall, decent hiking shoes.Rated 4 out of 5 stars. I did knock a star off for tightness. The toes feel like they are in a steeltoe enclosure. Very tight and it gives a decent squeeze. I am hoping it starts to loosen up as I put more miles on these shoes but overall, decent for what they are used for.I think they look great. I like the blue color mixed with the grey.They fit as expected. I wear a 10.5E and ordered them a 10.5 and they fit perfectly. Not too small, not too big. Just the right fit which is nice when ordering new shoes.

These shoes have exceeded my expectation for comfort and support. Unexpectedly one day I had to use for a golf outing and they were far more comfortable than my golf shoes and great stability. I'm sure these aren't for golf but it worked.

Comfy, airy, quality hiking/walking shoes
Man, I really like the look and feel of these shoes. I don't usually get too excited about shoes. I mean, they are just shoes.But these look great, I get compliments on them, they feel like they were custom made for my feet, and they have been manufactured excellently.They have double stitching everywhere they need double stitching. They are so solid and well put together. The "cleats" on the bottom of the shoes help you grip when you need it in uneven or rocky terrain, but they also function perfectly on flat terrain like grass or a sidewalk.Mesh uppers keep your feet from getting overly wet from sweat. I was walking in a very windy area a couple of days ago and I could feel the wind hitting my feet through the mesh. It was really nice. This feature is going to keep you from pulling swamp feet out of your tennis shoes!Check out my video if you want more details. Got these for my son, he's a size 10 - 10.5 these definitely run large, lots of extra room.He says they are super comfortable, have a spring action and really good grip. Overall great pair of shoes, they just run large.

These are comfortable, to size and are as advertised
These shoes are comfortable, the sole has the right abount of arch suppoert, the toe box is generous and the squish on the sole is shock absorbing comforting. They are strong and appear to be a well made hiker, biker or other activity shoe. They do handle water well but that is for another shoe and review. This one is for walking in the city, to the market, to the park, to the garden, to the daily chores type of shoe is what he is using it for and he likes it and has no problems with it.He has had Bass shoes before and likes their overall quality that is consistent, a trusted brand.

Comfy … Great Tread!
These are a well made pair of shoes with a really good tread on the bottom—which is what you need if you’re going to wear what are basically tennis shoes, hiking. So far I have found them to be very comfortable and I’m pleased with the level of arch support as well. I did debate taking off one star for the fact that they have cloth on the sides that will get dirty easily and wet, but that also makes them more breathable so I guess I will take some breathability in exchange for having to clean them more thoroughly. Overall, I think these are a really nice pair of hiking shoes that fit well as long as you do not have flat or wide feet.
