Quality gone.
Have been ordering and wearing Bates women's boots for the last 25 years while working at the post office. Noticed they don't carry the specific model that I used to wear so decided to give these a try. Seemed good and comfortable out of the box but five days later had to carry mail out with it raining and so the shoes did get wet. Wore a hole through the padding on both heels and now I'm having to plug that hole so it will not keep irritating and rubbing blisters on my heels. Just wondering why these didn't hold up as well as
