Great boots!
These boots are so warm and comfortable! I bought them to wear on my recent trip to Alaska for Christmas. We did a lot of walking in the snow and over ice. The boots kept me so warm! I was surprised that I didn’t feel any cold at all with only a pair of socks under. It did leave some fuzz on the sucks after the first couple times I wore them. But it wasn’t bad at all. The fuzz came off easily.The boots are roomy in the front so I didn’t feel squeezed in. And the top is wide enough to fit snow pants but still snug not to allow any snow in when we were walking through deep piles. The soles of the boots are rubber. It prevented me from slipping and sliding while walking on the icy surfaces.Overall, the boots are comfortable, warm, and look great with both pants and dresses. Very happy with my choice and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely no complaints!
I’m super happy with these boots! I have been wanting a neutral pair since I bought my pair in black awhile ago. Living in a smaller town has limited my shopping options, up until now. The quality is superb, the comfort true to size, and the color is just what I wanted. They do have a nice thick faux fur lining which will help keep my feet warm with just thinner socks. Once it starts getting colder here around January, the fur lining will be flattened out enough for thicker socks. At least that’s what happened to my black pair! 🤞I didn’t want to buy bigger because I don’t like the feel of “floppiness” (is that even a word?) on my feet. If you live in a state/area with super cold/snowy winters, you might want to size up a bit. Where I live though, a medium thick sock is all I need in our coldest months, and that’s without the fur lining in my other boots.I always use waterproof spray because it rains a lot here, and it helps to keep them looking good!Great quality and value for the money, and I’m very happy so far!

Nice boot with a little stink
The boots fit even better than expected! I ordered a half size smaller than I usually do in Bear Paw boots (this is my 5th pair, but first time trying this style) and am very happy with how they fit! They are very comfortable and look nice on first impressions. We will see how they wear, but so far, I have been happy with all of my previous BEARPAW boots. I love that they fit securely around my feet and I love how they are finished off.The two things that I don't like:1. The soles are advertised as being rubber. All of the Bear Paw boots I have bought before had rubber soles, and that is one reason I have always picked BP over UGG boots, but when I got them, noticed that these actually have foam soles (size 6.5) and I not sure if it is the same in every size.2. They have a super strong scent to them. Not sure if it is because of the leather, the way they were packaged, the chemicals from treating the leather, or something else. Straight out of the package, they are making the house smell bad. Hopefully the smell will get better as they air out. It just kind of stinks for right now 🤣

Depending on what you're looking for
I like these boots for several reasons, and don't like for one reason. I like them because the toe is not too pointy or too round. I don't like the boxy too round and I don't like the too pointy toe either. The toe is just in between. The laces on the back are just right. Not too girly and not to less a girly design. The inside is soft and comfy and the outside is a nice soft look. They stand up great without falling over. The only thing I don't like is putting them on. It would have been nice to have maybe a hidden zipper, but it doesn't, so therefore these are very hard to pull on. They fit great and don't slide around on your feet but they're just really difficult to put on.

Great fit and style
Normally I wear size 8-1/2 wide and chose 9. Fit comfortably from the start with crew sox. It’s usually hit or miss with wide feet and one with a Bunion so I was really happy to find a boot that had some boho style and felt sturdy enough since I’m not as sure footed at my age. I also purchased 2 other bear claw boots in other colors and they also were comfortable. One a knee high and the other mid calf. This pair ,though more expensive, appears less chunky and worth it. I suppose someone could wear it with a long skirt but I tend to wear jeans or leggings.

I finally got a pair of great boots!
I'm getting to like Bearpaw better than Uggs, I've been wearing Uggs for years, however, of late something went wrong with them, I ordered the tall women's Uggs, but they were too small and I felt like my feet were barefoot on the floor instead of the cushy feel you usually get from Uggs, I had ordered the Bearpaw in a half size bigger and they too felt a little tight, instead of the hassle of sending them back I gave them to my sister they fit her perfectly, and it was her size as well as mine, I have a small bunion on one foot making it slightly wider but it usually doesn't make a difference, that's how small it is. Bearpaws look and feel more streamlined making them more attractive to look at and, a bit more narrow so I went up a size and walla It feels like I'm back in my cushy wonderful Uggs of the past, I love the Bearpaws I doubt I'll buy Uggs anymore, I purchased 2 different pairs of Uggs and had to send both back, now I'm as happy in truth it's hard to tell people to go up a size or down because of what I stated above, I will say this much if you have a slightly wider foot perhaps you should think about going up a size, as we all know they will stretch in time but I dislike anything tight on my feet, I rather bigger than smaller. I highly recommend Bearpaw and got them at a wonderful price, which is always a plus.
