I am satisfied with my product. I am in a size 9 in womens shoes and I have wide feet, the sides of the heels did not press up against my feet even though the heels look/and are narrow-toed. The buckle on the shoe is a little confusing and you need a wide ankle for the ankle strap to have a good fit, if you don't have a big ankle then that is also fine, you just have to adjust the ankle strap.They have very nice comfort, the soles of the heels are not soft and/or stiff. the soles feel slightly cushioned.The quality of the shoe seems to be good, and the shoes are very very cute.These shoes appear to be tailored to women who like to look childish or doll-like.I do not think that these shoes give a lot of versatility, I do not recommend these shoes if you are buying them to pair with something that is more fancy and formal in appearance.These shoes are not appropriate for running/sprinting especially if you have small ankles.
