NOT the boots, but the customer service and the REPLACEMENT boots (TR102) I loved.

My review is more for the customer service of the company that sold me these boots (Elite Hero), and the replacement boots that they sent, than the boots themselves.If I were leaving a review for the boots alone, I'd give them 5 stars for quality of materials and craftsmanship (this model made in USA) and 1 star for comfort. I have low arches and something about the right boot caused me several days of pain in my right foot.Upon contacting the company that sold them to me (Elite Hero) they promptly replied that I could get a refund or a replacement. I bought them through work so a refund would not be possible. They eventually mailed me a replacement that was a different model (Belleville TR102 minimalist boot) and these boots are 5 stars for comfort, but made in China, which I was trying to avoid. Still a great boot for anyone looking for a minimalistic boot.While the email responses were sometimes a bit slow, they overall experience with Elite Hero was very positive and I would recommend business with them to anyone considering purchasing Belleville boots.

Great fit shoes.

This is the second pair that I have owned. I still have the first pair but just wanted a new one for formal occasions. This newer model has a more improved sole as the older one had something like layers that started to unstick. I repaired it and still use it. Water proof and comfortable.

I would have given it 5 stars if the pair would fit. Belleville is always a safe bet when it comes to quality. Normally I use the 880ST, but needed insulated ones, so 770 is my choice. Boots has been sent back, waiting for refund as my size won’t be ready in 3-4 weeks.

ZIPPERS

I love having zippers. I put them on like regular boots, adjusting them laces for the perfect fit, then Double knotted them and use the zippers to get them on and off... SO. QUICKLY.My only complaint is these are Men’s and not Women’s. One day. The toe box is much roomer than I need as a Women’s 8.5 but I typically wear thicker wool socks so it’s not an issue.I wear these with USAF OCPs and so far they are great. I’ve only had them in the office so I’ll update after they get out through the wringer.

Love these boots so far

Love these boots so far. I have spent two long work weeks in them on concrete floors with added insoles and have found them to be very comfortable. I feel like they are of good quality. They are warm while working inside so non insulated might be a better choice for inside. Outside in the cold they are nice.
