Tennis shoe combat boots

They were a little stiff at first and I was like meh. But now that I’ve been wearing them for a few weeks, I’m in love. I love the tread pattern for around town and home because it grips well enough and doesn’t track a whole lot of dirt. They’re light like a sneaker. They support like a jump boot. They seem to be well made and durable enough. They’ve been comfortable from around 30f to 70f. Great boot for the price I’d say. Perfect for fall and spring. One year later… They have been good boots: light, comfortable, durable enough, but, not suitable for any sort of slippery terrain, which I guess should be no surprise, but I mean they are really slippery on any sort of even slightly slippery surface.

You will love them, your feet will thank you

Best boots I’ve ever owned, this is my third pair. Been in the Army for 19 years. Comfortable, durable and almost no break in required.

Sturdy, Comfy Boot. Size .5 Down

I was hesitant to buy these boots because if a couple bad reviews, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. $150 for a pair of boots is, in my opinion, not bad at all. They are AR 670-1 compliant and the perfect boots for casual everyday wear or hard exercise. I wear 8.5 in sneakers but ordered an 8 on the advice of other reviewers. The fit perfect with a wide toe box that keeps my feet cool and protected if I bang my boot into something. They lace up nice and tight on my ankles for support while still allowing the range of motion I need. I wear them in the gym for cardio, weightlifting, stretch, long distance runs, you name it. This boot is damn comfortable. I never even felt like I had to break it in. The soles have a good spring to them that takes impact off my heel and ankle while I’m running. These have quickly become my favorite shoe to wear. Only problem I’d say I have with them is that the suede is prone to getting water stained. It can be rubbed out with your hands or a brush but I just gave em a couple layers of heavy duty water repellent. If you’re looking for some good boots, take a shot at these. 10/10

Almost perfect

This boot is very comfortable, it’s perfect for ruck marches etc but the downside is that:1) it ripped after wearing it for a month (I have tiny feet and wear and ordered size 6 in mens. I mostly wore it to labs and ruck marches so nothing too ruff for it to rip in a month).2) Water gets in easily (I stepped in a puddle during a ruck march and my socks got wet making the rest of the march very uncomfortable). Also, the lace eyelets are also not very strong, a few came out in the first three weeks (I changed the laces with the issued boots laces which is thinner and lighter than the original lace it came with and the eyelets still came out).Overall, I wouldn’t wear it to FTX, Basic Camp etc but I would buy again if they change the material to a stronger one so it wouldn’t rip easily and water wouldn’t get in as much but this is a very nice boot comfort wise, style wise etc it just needs a few upgrades.
