Pretty shoe - hard to put on and take off independently.
These lightweight mesh shoes are a solid choice for my active (just) 3-year-old (size 8), offering a snug fit. The pink color and unicorn pattern caught her eye right away. They provide excellent grip, making it easy for her to navigate stairs without slipping.That said, if I were buying again, I'd size up. Without adjustable straps or closures across the top, they're a bit challenging for little ones to pull on and off independently—she has to tug hard to get her foot in, which can lead to some frustration during quick changes.One concern was the strong chemical odor upon unboxing, which raised questions about manufacturing. Fortunately, they're machine-washable, and after a thorough rinse, the smell vanished. They dried quickly and held their shape well.Overall, these make for a nice, casual shoe that's breathable and versatile—ideal for summer outings. Just remember to go up a size for fewer tears!

Lightweight and easy on but sizing runs really small
I ordered these shoes for my 3 year old daughter about a month ago in what I thought was her usual size based on the size chart. When they arrived the first thing I noticed was how lightweight they are, almost feels like there’s nothing in your hand when you pick them up. The material is some kind of mesh fabric that’s flexible and stretchy. The elastic closure at the top makes them super easy to slip on - my daughter can put them on by herself without any help which is nice for getting ready in the morning without a struggle. However, the sizing is way off. I ordered a size 9 which is what she normally wears, but these fit more like a size 8 or even smaller. Her toes were right at the front edge and there wasn’t much growing room at all. I ended up having to return them and order a size 10 which fit better but still feels snug. So definitely size up, maybe even two sizes if you want room for growth. The breathability claim seems accurate - the mesh material has lots of little holes and her feet don’t seem to get as sweaty as they do in her other sneakers. We’ve worn them to the park and for playing outside and they dry pretty fast if they get wet from puddles or the sprinkler. The anti-collision toe area is reinforced with a rubber bumper which has protected her toes a few times when she’s tripped or kicked things. The sole is flexible and bends easily which she seems comfortable in when running around. The grip on the bottom is okay on most surfaces, works fine on our wood floors and the playground, though she did slip once on wet grass so they’re not perfect for all conditions. After a month of wear several times a week, the shoes are holding up decently. There’s some dirt and scuffing on the white parts that doesn’t come off completely even after wiping them down. The mesh fabric has a small snag on one shoe where it caught on something but hasn’t torn through yet. The elastic around the opening is still tight and functional. The lightweight design is great for her because she doesn’t complain about them being heavy or uncomfortable like some of her other shoes. The color options are cute and the style looks sporty enough for everyday wear. Overall these are functional kids shoes that work well for active play and are easy for toddlers to manage themselves, but the sizing issue is frustrating and you really need to order bigger than normal to get a proper fit. If they fixed the sizing these would be solid shoes for the price.

Cute slip ons, runs a little big
Size: 8 TColor: PinkI got these for my 3yo daughter who typically wears a size 8, but they do run a little big on her. Even with thick socks they slide a little bit as she walks. I feel comfortable letting her wear these for walking around or going to the grocery store or something, but they are not good play shoes (climbing trees, playing at the park, etc.) because they slip off too easily.The soles are soft enough that they have a good bend at each step which is important to help developing feet grow properly.These are advertised as "barefoot" shoes but I disagree with that. Definition from internet: A toddler barefoot shoe is a shoe with a wide toe box, zero-drop sole, and thin, flexible material designed to mimic natural walking, allowing healthy foot development and promoting muscle strength. .... It is true that these have a zero drop (flat) sole, wide toe, and flexible material, but in no way would I consider these shoes a mimic to natural walking especially with how much they slip.The material washes easily with a wet rag and can even be thrown in the washer. We have a front load washer so the tumbling wash works fine, although I would not recommend putting them in a washer that has an agitator because it would probably damage the graphic printed on the shoe.I wouldn't recommend these for young toddlers or especially those who are still learning to walk, but for older kids they would be fine and especially at this price point you can't go too wrong!

Cute sneakers!!
These pink, toddler, slip-on sneakers look exactly as advertised. They arrived in excellent condition.The upper is thick, sturdy, durable, well-stitched and well-knitted.The top line/collar and tongue are stretchy. The pull tab and tongue makes it much easier for my 3-year-old daughter to put them on by herself.The Velcro strap is cute, but it doesn’t seem to do much on these shoes.The insole is breathable, cushioned, sturdy and durable.The size: 6 toddler (aka 22) fits my 3-year-old daughter’s feet comfortablyThe sole is compact and a little bit heavy. The outsole (tip) covers the toe box/toe cap fully providing extra protection for my daughter's toes.Overall, these sneakers are of great quality and they're designed beautifully.
