Highly recommend these shoes to anyone looking for something to help if you have any foot issues. They zip on and off and have a padded tong that you can remove if your foot is swollen or just need extra space in one shoe. I bought them when I had twisted an ankle and was swollen for a few weeks. These shoes fit well and were very comfortable. I also get a lot of compliments on how cute they are. These were recommended to me by a Physical Therapist.
These shoes are very comfortable. If your wear an AFO they are a perfect fit. Width is perfect and the zipper is very helpful. Will definitely buy these again. I do recommend these especially if you need a wide shoe, wear orthotics or an AFO.
The concept of these shoes is good. The execution is poor. They look nice but that's about it. Materials used are inferior to most shoes in this price range. No padding on the inside. Not much cushioning in the sole. Zipper doesn't work very easily. Tongue has unfinished edges and doesn't extend beyond the zipper path which causes the tongue edge to get caught up in the zipper slide and teeth. I've kept them to wear at home because I can get them on easier. I just have to untie them, zip them up, and retie them. Not the impression they give in the description. And they are just not comfortable enough for extended walking.
I have never found a company so willing and able to help you. They really care about their customers. They will walk you through the process and help you in any way they can. Their product is about the highest quality possible. I have an AFO for a collapsed ankle. My choice is major surgery or the AFO. I couldn’t find shoes that worked. Billy shoes answered the call in fine quality and style. Being 81, major surgery is a concern. Now I have a choice that will give me my life back again. Thanks to all the Billy staff. Your shoes are amazing.
A little bit tight with an AFO foot brace , I'm size 9 hot a 10 bit it wasn't 10W - which would have fit better.Returned it

I have had 2 pairs of these shoes and the zipper hasn’t lasted more than a couple months. Not worth the money
