First heels for granddaughter
I bought these for my granddaughter's ninth birthday. She is tall for her age and has a correspondingly large foot. She usually wears a youth girl's size 3.5-4 which is nearly the same length as a women's size 5.5. So, I bought these in the smallest size available. These bright red shoes will match perfectly with her birthday party theme of strawberries and compliment the red and white dress for her party. The heel height in the back highest place is actually 1 3/4" because I don't include the insole as part of the actual heel. The heel height at the front edge where it joins the instep is 1 1/4". The shoe buckles are metal and the straps are fully lined with reinforced backing, which is very smooth and soft. One thing they don't advertise or show in the ad is that the ankle strap that goes around your ankle is removable. If you want to remove it, simply unbuckle the strap and slide the strap out of the loop at the rear of the main body strap. Now it looks more like a slingback Maryjane. I like this versatility. The sole is nice and grippy, covered with a black rubber and the heel has a 3/16" thick black protective tap covering the entire heel. Bright red, very shiny and simply adorable. Excellent quality and it's nice to find something so cute online since we live sixty-five miles from town and there aren't many real shoe stores anymore. Excellent value for a woman looking for a dressy shoe that's classy, or for a little girl hoping for her first pair of low heels.

These shoes are definitely in the “to die for!” category if looks were all that mattered. The designer of this shoe is profoundly gifted. I love the look of them so much I actually put off even trying them on to put off feeling crushed if they were uncomfortable. I don’t have the option of wearing uncomfortable shoes.The straps are adjustable at two points so you can adjust them to fit your unique needs. They’re also pliable enough that I don’t foresee needing to carry a box of bandaids to get through a day of wearing them.What does upset the comfort level for me from go is the toe box. It’s wide enough on the bottom but it’s a trapezoid so the width on the top is not the same as the bottom. That affects the height of the toe box. The highest part of our foot is the inner side with our big toe but this shoe’s toe box stars sloping down before that point so it cramps it a bit from the top of the foot to the toe on that side and I had to reach down and adjust it so it wasn’t cutting into my foot on top and that has nothing to do with the setting on the straps. The toe box doesn’t feel high enough and only time will tell how well these break in. So this love story and review are a cliffhanger. Will these shoes be the love of my life or total heartbreakers? Mary Jane slingbacks are adorable and comfortable.
These slingback Mary Jane's from BiuYorBTY are really nice. These Mary Janes are adorable and will look nice with skirts, dress pants, shorts, or even a pair of jeans. They were available in three different colors when I ordered. I chose the red which I think can be worn with any warm tone or black plus blue denim. I think they will look so cute with a pair of jeans and a sweater. The modest heel adds style without compromising comfort. And these Mary Janes are comfortable! At first, I was a little leery of the more pointed toe being too narrow but after wearing them for an hour or so I knew they were going to be fine for my wider foot. Plus, both straps are adjustable with the heel strap having a bit of stretch elastic so that you can move your ankle back and forth. My usual 8.5 size fit fine so I would say they are true to size. I think the $39.99 price at the time I ordered is reasonable.

They’re so cute, but they’re also STUPID hard to buckle for some reason. I didn’t have any issues wearing them and I didn’t get blisters, but the straps were poorly made and it took a while to get them secured. I wouldn’t recommend if you have any mobility issues in your hands!

These heels are the perfect size, very easy to wear and walk in and enough height to look great without the uncomfortable feel of taller heels. They are good quality, feel durable and structured well. These are a great value, giving you style for less. These are reasonably comfortable, of course after wearing any heels for long periods of time they start feeling uncomfortable but they support me and fit as expected.
