If shoes were jewels....

I ordered these shoes as a birthday present for my brother Peter, who is a jazz age fan and musicologist. I was the first to open the box, and fell in love. The shoes were beautifully constructed and finished, with top quality materials. I immediately wished I was male so that I could keep the shoes for myself or, at best, keep the shoes in a display case and admire them like rare jewels. Alas, my good nature prevailed and I dutifully presented the gift to my brother. He also was in awe. Within a week he was a guest at a high-society fashion parade in Melbourne, Australia for 1920s and 1930s clothing styles, and found himself the centre of attention in his original 1940s double breasted suit and his new black and red wingtips. Strangers stopped him to admire the shoes - they were a sensation. The next official outing will be when Peter and his jazz orchestra/big band plays its next gig.Needless to say, he has plans to purchase another pair with a different colour scheme.

These Shoes are Super Sharp!

I purchased these for my Dad to wear- he has a hard foot to fit (13 EEE) so I had been searching for AGES to find a 2 tone shoe like this that really fits. They are gorgeous shoes in person, and so well made! My Dad wore them to church that Sunday after he got them, and was the hit of the congregation. Now, he is asking me to get some of the other colors as well. He is a big fan of this brand!

Awesome looking shoe - however need EE width - which was not available in the size 11 we needed.

Very nice looking shoe - using in a band.However also ordered the size 11 - and it DID NOT come in the EE width. The regular 11 was too tight - so very disappointed in that as it was for the main player. A phenomenonal piano player - Jerry Lee Lewis style Rock a Billy. The entire band was hoping to order them, but the other 2 members also needed the EE size. The shoes give a very professional appearance to them. Would of been great advertisement for people who might have asked 'where did you get those shoes?"
