Pleasantly Surprised.
I ordered these shoes to tide me over while having a custom set of brogue derbies made by Becket Simonon. I am pleasantly surprised by these shoes especially for their comfort right out of the box. The color is not cognac though, hence the one star deduction. It is more of a yellowish light brown. I will use my Saphir products and apply a few coats of the medium brown to brown and see what colors are brought out of this shoe leather. All in all, a great temporary stand in and no regrets purchasing them. Well made shoes at an affordable price.

I bought these for to wear to my college graduation in the winter of 2017. So around 11 months ago. I had to foot the bill (hehe) and these bad boys were a reasonable price. They looked great, just how i expected them to look. They are a lighter brown than what you typically see, which is what I was looking for.I rarely used them after graduation.Quick break for some pros:-Price was great for a college budget-Looked professional-Seemed like genuine leather to me (i really have no idea I'm not a shoe expert)Cons:-The bottoms are kinda hard. These puppies are still looking good and doing what they are supposed to do, even after all the wine I have spilled on them. I get a lot of compliments, about my shoes, from people in my accounts. All around, a good starter pair for a fair price. I will be looking to upgrade at some point, but in the meantime, these will fit the bill.
