Happy with customer service and quality. Order one or two sizes up. They are dance shoes, so expect them to run small anyway. I ordered an 8.5 for my 4-year-old, which is what she wears. So small she couldn’t get her foot in. Sent back and reordered in a 9 wide. I was sent a 9 narrow. The company immediately refunded me, but I think I’ll order another size up anyway.
Love these! And my daughter does too. We sized up per other reviews and they’re a little big but still fit fine. She wants to wear them all the time ❤️
Great shoes. This is the 2nd pair I've purchased for my pre-schooler. They fit wonderfully and comfortably. Plus, with no string to tie (or come untied), one less distraction during ballet class.
I bought these as a replacement for the ballet slippers that my3 year old daughter has worn out and she loves these. They are a bit better than the other ones since we don't have to worry about the ties coming undone. They slip on easily. But, they seem slightly less high in quality than the previous shoes. May just be how new they are, but they don't look as much like real leather as the other ones. Either way my daughter loves that the insole has pink flowers and wants to wear these to dance class. Win!
