Nice little cushion
Update: I needed a smaller size! I danced on these for a few weeks and they were scrunching up and not staying in place. I had them in a medium and it was clear I needed a small. I am a women's size 7.5 regular width. The small fit perfect!!!These spin great, of course, and the large pad on the bottom is very comfortable. The toe openings are a little bit big and the product is a little loose (wide), but it doesn't come off or move. It stays put and that is what is important. I am a street size 7.5 M. I can't compare what the smaller size might feel like, but these are just fine.

Great for lyrical practice, some barre work
My daughter uses these for lyrical practice and loves the way they fit and feel. Her foot is almost 9 inches long, wider toe and narrow heel--Size 8 shoe and she wears a medium. Hope this helps for future purchasers.

Runs large for slim feet
I’m returning this and looking for another brand. I first ordered the try before you buy Bloch Neoform, in M and L (beige). They weren’t due to arrive for 4-6 weeks, so I purchased a “L-Medium” (whatever that means) in black. Ironically, the beige try before you buy arrived days before the black purchased one. I was excited, only both M and L were too big.The size chart near the photos and description does not match shoe size to the Bloch Neoform product, in order to most accurately purchase the best fit. There is a size chart on the back of the package that is oddly not included in the product photos. I later saw a customer uploaded a photo of it. Thanks!I wear size 10.5-11 in a running shoe, 13-1/2 in a standard Capezio ballet shoe, 10-1/2 in a jazz shoe with laces. Both the medium and large Neoforms were too big. They feel comfortable, yet would move if I tested with even an easy turn.It sounds like many reviews are positive. I think my slimmer foot might be a consideration for others. Capezio’s footundeez in large were also a bit loose (purchased at a Capezio store), having stretched out from moderate class use. Maybe I’ll try a medium of those. The alternative is to build up callouses, as bare feet are preferred by my teacher in her Contemporary Dance class. I don’t think I’ll live long enough lol.

Fairly good dance cushions
They are true to size with the size guide. I wear a US Women's 7 and I ordered a small and they fit great. They have a good balance of grip and "turnability" so I like them quite a bit. Would buy again!

Runs large
I usually purchase dance paws and decided to try these since they are cheaper, they cover less of the foot than paws but also means they move around more easily. They are comfortable and thick material, but run huge. I usually am a large in dance paws… street size 10 and have to go all the way down to a size small for this brand.

Great dance shoe!
My daughter wears these shoes for her acro solo, duo, and two acro group dances. She has tried other “foot undeez” or half sole type shoes but these are her favorite. We have ordered them 5 times over the years. She prefers the way that all the toes have a hole while others squish multiple toes in holes and these hold up much better than other brands as well. She has long but narrow feet and has worn XXS for two years even though he got has grown several sizes. She currently wears a 8.5 in women’s tennis shoes.
