I absolutely was stunned at how beautiful these shoes are in person and how comfortable!!I had read a review that said to size up however DO NOT size up!! I did what the other reviewer said on my first order and they were way too big!I returned those shoes for another pair in my actual size and they fit like a glove! They are very sturdy, perfect height, and great quality!Also the return process was so easy, I even got my refund an hour after returning the first pair of shoes!My only disappointment for this order was how my second pair came packaged.The shoes were just thrown in the box and all of the protective pieces were just laying in the box. When I got my first pair everything was wrapped so neatly and the stuffing paper was actually snug in the toe area and the ziplock bag protecting the gems was secured.On my replacement order, all of the stuffing was scattered throughout, the shoes weren’t wrapped, and the gems weren’t protected. Thankfully nothing came broken but I was just a bit saddened to see the second pair lack in protection quality as the first pair.
