A loafer I can wear!
Beautiful and comfortable loafer! I haven’t been able to wear loafers because my right foot is slightly smaller than my left and my heel slips out. However with these I made it work with a tongue pad, heel grip and the front half of an insole. I found that tongue pads work better than heel grips but I used both. The additions made it slightly snug but not so much that I can’t wear them. I’m sure, as most leather shoes do, they will stretch enough to be even more comfortable. My left foot which is an actual 7 1/2 medium width fits perfectly. I did add the front half of an insole as I did with the right one so that they wouldn’t feel different. Perfect spring and summer shoes. Love them!

Huge, bulky, extremely heavy, and looks cheap. It runs at least half a size large, maybe more. I know they are leather but they don't look or feel like it. Weighs like a block of cement. I wanted to like this because I'm desperate for a work-appropriate waterproof shoe, but this is just awful.

Super narrow. No stretch
These are narrow. Purchased the 8.5 based on reviews (normally wear an 8 or 8.5). Even with a shoe horn I wasn’t able to get them on. I do have high arches. There is NO give to these so if you think they’re going to stretch they don’t.The black was sort of mottled almost like the color wasn’t applied evenly or they had gotten wet.Cute shoe but didn’t work for me.

Size did not fit, material not comfortable
I normally wear a size 7.5, so ordered as such. The shoes arrived labelled as 7.5, but fitting more like a 7. My toes were crumpled inside. Also the material was too thick and stiff. Had to return. This was my first online shoe order, also being lured by the cheaper price. But apparently this method does not work well. I will stick to in-store shoe shopping from now on.

My favorite shoe
After initial concern about the height hitting my ankle bone, these have turned into my favorite shoes that I end up wearing all the time. I got a thin internal lift and that took care of the ankle bone.They are comfortable and so easy to slip on. The slightly large sole makes them far more stylish than a standard conservative loafer. They are perfect for the current nerdy retro female fashion; think Japan's Avant Gardey. But they turn out to go with everything.They are durable. Have not tested them in rain yet so no comment on that.
